VISA ASSISTANCE LETTER
ERTS 2022 organizers can provide you with a VISA assistance letter under request.
Important : visa letters will only be sent once the registration for ERTS 2022 conference is made complete and paid online
In order to receive a ERTS 2022 visa assistance letter, please follow the steps below :
Step 1 : Register to ERTS 2022 and pay online (payment is mandatory in order to receive an invitation letter)
Step 2 : Send the requested information below to Marianne
- Your family name
- Your firstname
- Your company
- Your address
- Your country
- Your passport number
- Your passport expiration date
- Your date and place of birh
Step 3 : A scanned copy of your invitation letter will be sent to you by email afterwards
